Jami Station lets out pretty near the neighborhood of Satori Hills, and there's a bunch of places there including a high fashion business I'd recommend run by a person I know named Rue. The station up by Wintermute is pretty near the science school up there too.
All of those are pretty safely and easily navigated. Even if you don't know what to do, just wander around and see and hear what you can feel around you.
