Lex Adams was summoned to a fantasy world almost a decade ago, at which point he was drafted despite his young age into that fantasy kingdom's army. Since then, he's taken that world as his own, moved up the ranks of said military, eventually left it, and has become a wandering adventurer/mercenary. His closest companion (whose relationship with him he'd struggle to define, as its quite intimate but not exclusively romantic) is his contracted summon spirit, whom he calls Linda.
Flirty and superficially boisterously cheerful, he hides a lot of trauma and training below that artifice.
